In recognition of distinguished scientific competencies and academic leadership, Sirte University honored the educational expert Dr. Mikhail Idris Abdul Qader Al-Rafadi, Director of the Academic Center for Learning and Teaching at the Libyan International University, a specialist in educational psychology, and a professor at the Faculty of Arts, University of Benghazi.
This recognition comes in appreciation of Dr. Al-Rafadi’s pioneering scientific and research contributions, his active role in advancing the educational process, enhancing the quality of learning and teaching, as well as his distinguished efforts in scientific research and academic capacity building.
The occasion also witnessed a special gesture of appreciation from a number of his former students, who honored him by presenting a Plaque of Appreciation, in addition to gifting him a collection of academic books, as an expression of their deep gratitude for his educational role and positive impact on their academic and professional journeys.
This recognition affirms Dr. Mikhail Al-Rafadi’s scholarly standing and acknowledges his contributions to the service of knowledge, the development of higher education, and the building of future generations.
